• Sell, rent, or transfer the Game to others.
• Use cheats, hacks, or illegal tools in the Game.
• Interfere with the Game's operation or remove copyright notices.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Game, including its graphics, audio, and gameplay, belong to AX FLY LTD. You have no ownership rights to the Game, only the right to use it as permitted by these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Game may show advertisements or link to third-party services. We don't control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or services.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Game is provided "as is" with no guarantees. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from use of the Game.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. After termination, you must delete the Game from your devices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of major changes, and your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
