Helldivers 2 expands the long-range toolkit with Scope of Authority
The Scope of Authority Premium Warbond is scheduled for October 20, adding equipment built around precision fire and squad coordination.
The R-40 Sightliner bolt-action sniper rifle combines long-range accuracy with armor penetration. The compact P-44 Mist offers another option when an encounter moves closer.
The lineup also includes the AMW-20 Apex anti-materiel rifle with assisted reloads and the LAS-44 Nova energy weapon with a charged firing cycle. Different rhythms give squads a reason to reconsider their covering roles.
Before trying a distance-focused loadout, coordinate positions and reload windows. Clear sightlines, spacing and protection from nearby threats help precision weapons contribute to the team.
